My brother took this transparency of New York Central E7A No. 4031 at Marshall, Michigan, on June 6, 1958. Judging by the apparent time of day this is probably train 17, the Wolverine, which ran from Buffalo via NYC component Michigan Central's Canada Southern division and continued from Detroit to Chicago. The trailing unit is EMD E8A No. 4079.
